This standard represents an international consensus on good management practices with the aim of ensuring that a company can continually deliver products and services that meet the customers’ quality requirements.

As part of this certification process, QSR, Inc. performed an on-site certification audit at the Dallas, Pa facility and worked closely with the team at Reliable Telecom Supply to determine and verify standards compliance. In order to ensure that the high level of standard set by the ISO is constantly being practiced after certification, Reliable Telecom Supply will be subject to surveillance audits of both documentation and processes under the ISO 9001 guidelines.
